Paraprofessional/Special Needs Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies
– Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
– Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
– Assist with classroom management and organization
– Support students with special needs, including those with disabilities or learning difficulties
– Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
– Help prepare instructional materials and resources
– Assist with grading and record keeping as needed
