Celebrate a half-a-century of cultural and natural history programming through crafts, games, activities, indoor and outdoor programs. Learn about the history of the park and some of the exciting, future programming. Have birthday cake and ice cream to help celebrate Oakwood’s successes.
A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark.

Visit with exotic animal plus over 100 farm animals. Admission is $5 per person, one year and under free. This event is included in the Family Farm Pass.

Colonial Days 2024 was such a success that we are doing it again at Heritage Park! This historical event brings the 18th century to life with an immersive weekend of reenactments, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
Event opens to the public on Saturday, June 7 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and Sunday, June 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.), with free admission for all visitors.
